FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS
Every order ships free via USPS from our Northern Michigan studio. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.
Processing Time: Orders ship within 2-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Time: Most domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary based on your location and USPS schedules.
Shipping Locations: We currently ship within the United States only.
Holiday Shipping: During peak seasons (November-December), we recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery. Specific holiday deadlines will be posted on our homepage.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our Promise: We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something's not right, we'll make it right.
30-Day Return Policy
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange.
Return Requirements:
Items must be unused and in original condition
Include original packaging when possible
Contact us at sales@butterandbounce.com to initiate a return
How Returns Work:
Email us at sales@butterandbounce.com with your order number and reason for return
We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return authorization
Ship the item back to the address we provide (customer is responsible for return shipping costs)
Get your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
Exchanges: Want a different design instead? Let us know and we'll process an exchange. We'll cover shipping costs on the replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at sales@butterandbounce.com with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you (including return shipping). Quality matters to us, and we stand behind everything we make.
CUSTOM & BULK ORDERS
Custom Order Returns: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Bulk Order Terms: Bulk orders (25+ items) have different return policies. Terms will be outlined in your custom quote. Contact us at sales@butterandbounce.com to discuss.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
USPS Tracking: All orders include tracking. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it, please:
Check with neighbors or building management
Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
Contact your local post office with the tracking number
Our Support: If your package is confirmed lost or stolen by USPS, contact us at sales@butterandbounce.com and we'll work with you to find a solution.
