These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Butter and Bounce.

Under no circumstances shall Butter and Bounce team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if Butter and Bounce team or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

All products and services offered by Butter and Bounce are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

3. CUSTOM ORDERS AND PERSONALIZATION

Custom and personalized orders are created specifically for you and are non-refundable once production has begun. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personalization details (names, dates, text, images) are accurate. Butter and Bounce is not responsible for errors in personalization that result from information provided by the customer.

If you provide images, logos, or designs for custom work, you warrant that you have the legal right to use such materials and that their use does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Butter and Bounce from any claims arising from your provided materials.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to acceptance by Butter and Bounce.

Payment must be received in full before production begins on custom orders. We accept credit cards, ACH, and cash.

Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable sales tax or shipping costs unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIMES

Production times vary depending on the product and current order volume. Estimated production times are provided at the time of purchase but are not guaranteed.

Shipping times are estimated and begin after production is complete. Butter and Bounce is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part.

7. PRODUCT QUALITY AND VARIATIONS

All items are handcrafted using laser engraving technology. Natural variations in materials (such as wood grain, color, and texture) are expected and add to the unique character of each piece.

We inspect all products before shipping, but if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Butter and Bounce website, including designs, logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Butter and Bounce and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original designs without express written permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Butter and Bounce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
